Discipline and moral education in secondary vocational schools

Summary:  This paper is based on the empirical research analyzing the changes in the formal framework of vocational education; school rules prepared by schools; and standpoints of teachers, counselors and students. Authors aim to establish in what ways the described changes impact the achievement of educational goals and the discipline regime. The paper points out the shortcomings that contribute to the worrying state of discipline in vocational schools and proposes several suggestions that might lead to a better pedagogical practice.
